We aim to deliver your parcel within 1-3 working days for standard shipping and next days for express delivery. You can expect to receive your parcel within 7 days of purchase. Any further delays you will be compensated and kept updated throughout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays beyond our control. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and delays can occur.
We ship using trusted carriers including Royal Mail 24 Hour, DHL Priority, and DPD Next Day. These premium services ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery. All orders are fully tracked, allowing you to monitor progress in real time, with accurate updates from dispatch through to successful delivery at your selected address.
We offer international shipping to customers worldwide. As all items are shipped from the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery to EU destinations typically takes 5–7 business days, while orders outside the EU usually arrive within 5–12 business days. All international orders are fully tracked, and delivery times are estimates that may vary due to customs processing.
We offer delivery to local pickup points and flexible shipping options to match your convenience. We understand that leaving parcels outside unattended may lead to loss, theft, or damage. Choosing a pickup point ensures your order is stored securely until collection. You may select the option that best suits your schedule at checkout. Once delivered, you will receive full collection details. Please collect within the carrier’s timeframe, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels left unattended or not collected within the allowed holding period provided by the courier.

To initiate a return, please contact Help@b4sics.com with your order number and valid proof of purchase. Our customer support team will carefully review your request and provide detailed instructions on how to proceed. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging included. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused. We recommend requesting your return as soon as possible after receiving your order to avoid delays. Once approved, please follow the provided instructions to ensure your return is processed smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Please note that all sale items are final sale and can not be returned.
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return by contacting our support team. Once your return has been approved and initiated, you then have 30 days to ensure the package is received back by us. Returns received outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all packaging included. We recommend returning your item promptly and using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or delayed in transit to our returns facility.
If you order an item that is out of stock due to a stock discrepancy or system error, you will be notified as soon as possible by our support team. You will be offered the choice of a full refund, exchange for an alternative item, or waiting for a confirmed restock, where available. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Our team works hard to ensure stock levels remain accurate and to resolve any issues quickly, fairly, and with minimal disruption to your order experience.
In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
